Listed among the top doctors in a 2010 issue of Main Line Today, Dr. Tachna has accumlated 13 years of experience serving patients with any ailments about the foot, ankle and lower leg. As a podiatrist, he specializes in advanced wound care techniques, sports injuries, dermatological conditions, and pediatric foot and ankle conditions. Working for the Haverford Foot and Ankle Center, he treats ankle and foot injuries, deformities and infections, and provides reconstructive foot and ankle surgery for congenital or traumatic injuries and severe arthritic conditions.

Board-qualified in forefoot, rearfoot and ankle surgery since 2009, Dr. Tachna is a member of the Pennsylvania Podiatric Association and the American Podiatric Medical Association, Inc., and is an associate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. In 1996, he earned a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from the Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine (now Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine). In the coming years, Dr. Tachna hopes to continue growing the practice.
