Mr. Oliphant specializes in planning long-term operating strategies for his business

PEORIA, AZ, August 30, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Thomas Oliphant, President and Chief Executive Officer of AlwaysOn Healthcare Inc., has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in business management.

As president and CEO, Mr. Oliphant plans the health care staffing company's long-term operations strategies and manages the accountability of the office staff and temporary staff members. He develops relationships with important new clients, oversees all company finances, sources staff openings, and promotes the company. He also balances his responsibilities dutifully and dependably as he meets with clients and supervises a staff of 25 employees. With more than 15 years of professional experience to his credit, Mr. Oliphant continues to strive for excellence in all he does.

Mr. Oliphant is a former professional race car driver. He raced for six years after graduating from college, and received the NASCAR Rookie of the Year Award in 2000. He attributes his success to his hard work, belief in himself, and willingness to continue learning and growing. He became involved in his profession because he decided that he wanted to do something truly great with his life. He had been running his family's oil company in the U.S. and Canada, and wanted to start something on his own. In the health care industry, he recognized the potential to utilize his strengths in a way that would be beneficial to the community. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in philosophy from Saint Anselm College and is currently affiliated with the local Chamber of Commerce, the Arizona Non-Medical Home Care Association, the Better Business Bureau, ALFA and the Landmark Education organization. Mr. Oliphant plans to continue investing in himself and strategizing to take his business to the franchise level. He will soon be opening new locations in Phoenix, Arizona.
