Industry Leader Craig Hockridge Added to the Cambridge Who's Who Network
Craig Hockridge celebrates more than 20 years in the construction field

YELLOWKNIFE, NT, CANADA, July 14, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Craig Hockridge, Technical Adviser for Northwest Territories Housing Corporation, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in business administration.

With more than 20 years of professional experience, Mr. Hockridge serves as a Technical Adviser for Northwest Territories Housing Corporation. In his position, he assists with managing a budget of $2.5 million comprising of 80 files with respect to minor and extensive renovations and oversees eight to 10 new construction projects, most of which take place in remote fly-in communities. His duties include: generating scopes of work, tendering procurements, contract negotiations, logistics (involving ice road/air charter/barge sailings) and on-site project management. Northwest Territories Housing Corporation provides social/public housing and home ownership assistance to residents in the Northwest Territories.

Mr. Hockridge completed a post-secondary education and recently achieved a Diploma in Project Management from Villanova University. He is Past President of the local Rotary Club, in which he is still heavily involved. Mr. Hockridge has been a hockey referee for 30 years and currently serves with Hockey Canada as the representative for Hockey NWT at national meetings. Throughout his career, he has attained success through his work ethic and desire to "get the job done." As for the future, he will continue to pursue his goal of becoming a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)/Construction Manager.
